Responsible for assisting with the design of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems including HVAC and hydraulic calculations, as well as CADDing HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Has designed or assisted with the design of residential, commercial, industrial and educational buildings. He is actively responsible for construction administration of many diverse projects. His past construction administration of projects includes residential, commercial and educational buildings, both new construction and renovations. Has just completed the design of the MEP and FP for a 1908 Opera House in Vermont with all the code and historic preservation requirements.
