    President of Bonhag Associates, Consulting Engineers

      President and chief engineer in charge at Bonhag Associates, a consortium of consulting professionals in the energy, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and institutional arenas. Responsible for all planning, innovative design, problem solving, trouble shooting, including biomass CHP, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, process piping, heat recovery, and heat transfer systems, controls and instrumentation, providing creative solutions for processes and systems. Responsible for cogeneration systems, environmental applications, energy incentive and energy related systems, humidification, dehumidification, testing, adjustment and balancing, noise and vibration systems, thermal oxidizer systems, and systems commissioning. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of mechanical systems in a number of diversely sized HVAC systems throughout the world.

    Vice President of Engineering and Construction, Lambertville Restoration, Limited Partnership

      In charge of all engineering design, permits and construction for commercial office, retail, and hotel projects. The work encompassed all phases of construction from concept to preliminary estimates to issuance of purchase orders to implementation of construction work to supervision of work on site and final acceptance of work at issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. In addition, many of the projects required mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building renovation to occur while the buildings were occupied.

As president of this firm, worked throughout the United States and Europe to troubleshoot and problem solve specific industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and process technical problems.

      Responsible for the operation a 110-person firm that provided HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, process piping, electrical, controls, energy, process, engineering, construction services and service company; design of energy management systems; supervision of administrative functions; supervision of engineers, designers, and field technicians on design projects; design of HVAC and related systems; developed programs to predict energy consumption and systems operation. The firm worked for major industrial and heavy commercial clients throughout the Atlantic States. Projects ranged from small to large renovation residential, commercial and industrial projects and new commercial and industrial projects.
